512 OUTLAW WRESTLING: ADULT WRESTLING

Adult Wrestlers

Men and women aged 18 and older.  Adult  Program focuses on the three major styles of wrestling in the US, Folkstyle, Freestyle, and Greco-Roman wrestling. Some members are former wrestlers, grapplers, and people with a martial arts background, others are just interested in learning about wrestling and the training. We give people with differing styles, ages, and abilities the opportunity to work out in a mixed format of training, formal instruction, and open mat.

The advantage of mixed-format training is it allows wrestlers to direct workouts to meet their personal goals from staying physically fit, learning new techniques, drilling techniques, wrestling situations, or training for competitions. All participants are encouraged to bring workout partners.

For those still wanting to compete, in the United States, adult wrestling competition will be Masters Wrestling, while international UWW competition Veteran Wrestling, are the two divisions most synonymous with adult wrestling.

Month to Month Membership: Access to all regularly scheduled adult wrestling classes. Month to month membership can start at any time of the year.
