Folkstyle scrimmage wrestling format
Goal to get each wrestler to get 4 to 8 matches each session, sharpen skills and improve during the preseason. Separate sign-up for each session you wish to participate.

Open to INDIVIDUALS and TEAMS
2023 – 2024 school year: Freshman, Sophomore, Juniors & Seniors

Advanced level 7th & 8th-grade wrestlers can attend HS Summer League if they are advanced wrestlers for their age

6:30 PM until completed
Wednesday Evenings
June 14, 21 & 28
July 12, 19 & 26

WAIVER
*All non-512OWC members must have a completed waiver*
If you attend multiple sessions only once do you need to complete the waiver
COST:
$10 (cash only) or Venmo

BRACKETING:
No weight classes, no weigh-in, honor system
ATTIRE:
Singlets, or shorts, t-shirt, wrestling shoes required, headgear optional
No school singlets

MODIFIED RULES:
Folkstyle: 3 - 1 to 1 1/2 MINUTE PERIODS
Any Fall will be brought to their feet to continue to wrestle
